Course Overview

Functioning as a prerequisite for several qualifications in the Renewable Energy and Heating Sector, this course establishes an essential foundation that will allow you to carry out work in compliance with the Domestic Building Services Guide of 2018. Together with the Water Regulations/Water Bylaws accreditation, this course paves the way for professionals to embark a career in the Renewable Energy and Heating Sector.

Our exceptional and experienced teaching staff will guide you through the course content, using both theory-based sessions in the classroom and practical sessions in our workshop. By the end of the course you will be competent and confident designing heating systems in accordance with Part L of the Building Regulations. We will make sure you are well prepared and setup for success for your assessment. All course materials required will be handed out to you in the beginning of the course.

Professional Prospects

This course will provide candidates from the Plumbing, and Gas Industry with the knowledge required to become an industry-approved professional. It also qualifies you to become a Microgeneration Certification Scheme (MCS) certified installer which will provide you with an additional mark of quality within the industry.
